Reel sprinkling irrigation machine-90
Adopting a unique design of nozzle impact, even at very low flow rates, a high recovery speed can still be achieved and transmitted to the four-speed gearbox. After deceleration, a strong torque force is generated through gear or chain transmission to drive the winch to rotate, achieving automatic recovery of PE pipes from the surface.
At the same time, the high-pressure water flow flowing out of the water turbine is directly sent to the nozzle through the PE pipe. The nozzle evenly sprays the high-pressure water flow over the crops, dispersing into small water droplets that fall evenly and continuously spray as the PE pipe moves.
An integrated built-in speed control valve is installed at the inlet of the water vortex wheel. By adjusting the opening of the valve, the flow rate of water entering the water vortex wheel’s impact blades can be changed, causing the speed of the water vortex wheel shaft to also change, thereby changing the movement speed of the PE pipe and achieving the desired different precipitation depths.
The rotating shaft of the adjustment valve changes at different angles between the layers of PE pipes on the reel through the pressure rod pressed on the PE pipe, and the speed control valve is driven by the interlayer differential speed control linkage to automatically adjust the speed.
The sprinkler irrigation machine is equipped with a speed coding display, which ensures the recovery speed of the PE pipe and almost maintains a constant speed during winding, thereby achieving automatic speed regulation to achieve uniform spraying.
